We came upon one farm with sheep and I just couldn't resist taking photos. It seems to me to be so typically English. The meadows were green, the sky blue, the sheep dotted like lovely little cotton balls across the landscape... I HAD to take some pictures.
Unfortunately, up close the sheep aren't quite so lovely, you might even say they look a bit manky, as you may have noticed.
A bit further down the road and another "English" view presented itself. Whether that is a working church or someone's home, I don't know... we didn't see any access from the road as we went by so we couldn't investigate. I suppose that is just as well, if it is someone's home now, it could have been embarassing to drive in.
